Q. - What are the classes?

A. - You will rotate through 4 classes.

  • Renee teaches how your physical health is linked to your mental and emotional health. She provides specific information to help shift your physical chaos to calm.

  • Meredith teaches how you create chaos in your relationship with yourself, and gives tools that you can use to shift into more self-compassion.

  • Juli teaches how to use meditation and mindfulness to enable your most honest thoughts and feelings to emerge in safe and understandable ways.

  • Leslie teaches about the chaos we create in our relationships, and provides tools to help you shift to creating calm instead.

Q. - Do I need to register for each class separately?

A. - No, each participant will rotate through each class. No need to register separately.

Q. - Do I have to share anything with the group?

A. - Nope. All participation is optional. You can choose to participate by listening and observing. 

Q. - I didn't receive a confirmation email when I registered. How do I know if I'm registered?

A. - Check to see if the charge came through on your payment method. Also, watch for more details and information coming in your inbox.

Q. - Is yoga one of the classes?

A. - Participation in the yoga class is optional but is included in the registration fee. Yoga is not one of the 4 classes you will rotate through. Yoga begins at 9am, while the full retreat officially begins at 10am.

Q. - Are yoga mats provided?

A. - No. Please bring your own yoga mat.
